Job Summary
Ledcor Highway Maintenance is now hiring Line Paint Attenuator Drivers with strong leadership skills and a safety-first mindset to support our highway maintenance team in the greater Edmonton area.
We are looking for dedicated team-oriented professionals to help maintain Albertas Provincial and Municipal highways. http://Job Description Responsibilities:
- Operate long-line white and yellow painting systems mobile impact attenuators and perform backfilling tasks as needed
- Conduct and document quality control inspections during painting operations
- Ensure all work meets specifications and safety standards
- Assist in maintaining Alberta Provincial Highways for seasonal or year-round operations
Qualifications:
- Experience with paint truck operations loading procedures and maintenance is an asset
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License (Class 1 or 3 with air endorsement is an asset)
- Clear 3-year drivers abstract required
- Knowledge of provincial and municipal highway maintenance specifications is an asset
Work Conditions:
- Start date April 13th - Spring/Summer Seasonal work : April- October
- 12 - 14 hrs/day
- Travel shift work on-call availability and night shifts required during operating months
- Comprehensive role-specific training provided
- Accommodations/Meal allowance/ LOA provided
- Work locations span provincial and municipal highways across Alberta
- Preference give to local candidates dur to the work locations
