The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist Pediatric Ambulatory Oncology will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to pediatric oncology patients in the ambulatory clinic setting. As an embedded pharmacist resource within the Oncology Ambulatory Clinic the Specialist will work closely with physicians advanced practice providers nursing and care teams to support real-time medication-related decision-making. Key responsibilities include clinical review and verification of chemotherapy and supportive care regimens medication reconciliation patient and caregiver education and management of complex oncology-related medication therapies. The Specialist will also support treatment plan coordination monitoring for toxicity and adherence and promote safe and effective medication use across the continuum of addition this role includes education and support of learners including students and residents and active participation in quality improvement safety and oncology-focused initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum 58.41/hour - Maximum $96.46/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
