We are hiring Events Executive;
As a Events Executive we rely on you to:
- Assist the superior leaders in implementing sales strategies identifying potential clients and following up on leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct site visits with clients to showcase banquet facilities explain service capabilities and address any questions or concerns.
- Support the execution of events by liaising with internal departments to confirm logistics resolve on-site issues and ensure events run smoothly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute promotional activities such as client appreciation events or industry networking functions.
- Uphold the hotels brand standards and service values ensuring every client interaction reflects professionalism and excellence.
We are looking for someone who:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Events sales or a related role within the hospitality industry.
- Solid understanding of banquet operations event planning processes and catering services; exposure to sales techniques and client relationship management is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft clear proposals contracts and event orders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays based on event schedules.
