WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US

As Manager of our Subject Matter Expert (SME) team youll lead a group of experts who help our clients realize value from our regulatory solutions and services. Your goal is threefold: cultivate engaged growing people organize and improve how work flows through the team and amplify customer outcomes in close partnership with Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs). The role is pivotal to sustaining high client satisfaction smooth operations and measurable business impact across our SaaS engagements.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Lead & grow people. Build a caring productive environment: set clear goals coach continuously develop skills and career paths and recognize contributions.   • Orchestrate the work. Own team backlog capacity and prioritization. Balance BAU with change initiatives remove impediments and continuously improve processes handoffs and quality.
  • Elevate customer success. Coordinate with Service Delivery Managers and Customer Success Managerson adoption plans service reviews and future value opportunities turning insights into outcomes for our clients.
  • Stakeholder management. Partner with Product Development and Operations on crossfunctional initiatives; communicate priorities risks and decisions clearly and timely.
  • Standards & compliance. Champion best practices documentation and auditready ways of working across the SME domain.

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Experienced people leader (35 years) who has managed specialists/SMEs or consulting teams in a SaaS services or financial technology context.
  • Ability to optimize workflows (capacity planning queue management SLAs) and drive continuous improvement using metrics.
  • Customer orientationcomfortable engaging senior client stakeholders on value adoption and outcomes together with SDM/CSM peers.
  • Effective communicator and influencer; skilled at coaching feedback and change leadership.
  • Domain familiarity in investment operations or regulatory reporting is a plus (e.g. EMIR MiFIR SFTR).
