Our Prague headquarters brings together colleagues from over 20 countries and this year were moving to brand-new modern offices in a business park in Chodov on metro line C.

As we continue our growth we are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for business growth to join our Sales Team in Warsaw Poland. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for the development of Defend Insurances business including GAP Warranty and other automotive products inars the Broker and Dealer market within a dedicated region.

What will be your role

  • Professional representation of the company and its products and services;
  • Sustaining and nurturing solid relationships with key clients;
  • Frequent visits to business partners;
  • Acquisition new business partners and negotiating contractual cooperation with business partners;
  • Training business partners representatives - product work with information system processes;
  • Addressing and resolving business partners requirements (exceptions reporting motivation consulting);
  • Active involvement in the launch of new products;
  • Attending of company professional events;

You might be a perfect fit if you have:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • The ability to identify new business opportunities for key clients and also be able to develop relationships with potential clients;
  • The ability to analyze data and sales statistics and improve business;
  • A communicative level of English (written and spoken);
  • At least 2 years of experience in insurance finance or trade;
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint Word and Excel Microsoft Office applications;
  • Official authorization as an insurance intermediary or minimum BSc degree in Economics or Finance is an advantage
