Customer Service Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern for a6 months internshipduration to support customer service operations and ensure excellent service delivery. You will work closely with the Customer Service team and other stakeholders in day-to-day operations.

This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Support order processing documentation and follow-up with internal teams.

• Help maintain accurate records in the system and ensure timely updates.

• Coordinate with logistics and commercial teams to resolve delivery or product-related issues.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.

• Support for reference contract or master data housekeeping

Requirements

• Students in Business Administration Customer Service or related field.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook).

• Fluent inEnglish.

• We are seeking proficient candidates inMandarinto effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
