At PwC our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding offboarding payroll and benefits administration absence management employee record-keeping compliance with labour laws and regulations and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.

Those in human resource operations at PwC will focus on all areas of Human Resources and the business in executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities. You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively
supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business
our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive
services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and also
participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and
professional skills.


As part of the People Operations team as Payroll Helpdesk Analyst 1 you support the helpdesk
by addressing payroll inquiries for employees across multiple jurisdictions. As an Associate you
deliver quality customer service contribute to continuous improvement activities and uphold
professional standards while fostering a learning mindset.


Responsibilities
- Assist employees with payroll inquiries and issues
- Support the resolution of payroll-related problems
- Collaborate with team members to confrm communication effectiveness
- Contribute to the development of helpdesk processes
- Analyze feedback to improve payroll support services
- Uphold the frms code of conduct in every interaction
- Adapt to new technologies and tools for payroll support
- Participate in training to enhance customer service skills


What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required


What Sets You Apart
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in one or more APAC or EMEA region languages
- Prior Payroll Operations experience preferred
