WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Group Leader for Facilities and Maintenance to oversee the daily operations maintenance and improvement of our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for leading a team of technicians ensuring equipment reliability and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Lead and supervise the facilities and maintenance team to ensure timely and effective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.

• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support manufacturing goals.

• Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory standards.

• Manage maintenance budgets inventory and procurement of tools and spare parts.

• Oversee facility systems including HVAC electrical plumbing and building management systems.

• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate corrective actions.

• Train and mentor maintenance staff promoting continuous improvement and skill development.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities inspections and repairs

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

• 5 years of experience in facilities or maintenance roles within a manufacturing environment.

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and building systems.

• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
