What Our Internship Program Will Do for Youâ

As an intern youwilltake your studies and continue to build your skills. You will beprovidedan individualized work plan that will guide you throughout the program allowing you to make an impact to the business. Throughout this opportunity you will receive coaching from your manager and mentor. You will have an opportunity to learn about ourcompanywhile working alongside a team of experienced professionals in the field. You will have the chance toparticipatein a variety of activities and projects designed to give you exposure to our business.ââ

Examples of InternshipDuties:

  • Organize scan andmaintainemployee records to supportaccurateHR documentation.
  • Assistwith updating and managing electronic files as we continue modernizing our systems.
  • Provide general administrative support across the HR team within a large familyâowned organization.
  • Help coordinate elements of the summer internship program including communication andlogistics.
  • Contribute to small HR projects thatsupport ongoing growth and process improvements.

Required Qualificationsâ

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited university or collegerequiredâ
  • Completion of sophomore year and junior year standing preferredâ
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 preferredâ
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and writtenâ
  • Proficient in Microsoft Officeâ
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team and work in a fast-paced environmentâ
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail organization and time management skillsâ
