Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative assets for digital social web presentation print and on-ground activations in line with Hang Lungs brand guidelines.
• Support brand storytelling initiatives by translating communication strategies and narratives into visually compelling design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Brand Communications Marketing and external agencies to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
• Develop visual concepts for content-driven communications including campaigns announcements reports and corporate storytelling materials.
• Adapt and optimize designs for multiple platforms ensuring consistency scalability and digital best practices.
• Leverage AI-powered design and content tools (e.g. generative visuals layout automation image enhancement) to improve creative efficiency and ideation.
• Stay up to date with design digital and AI trends to continuously elevate creative output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design Visual Communication Multimedia or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant design experience (corporate brand agency or in-house).
• Experience working in brand-led or communications-focused environments is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign); knowledge of motion or video tools is a plus.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and technologies applied to design content creation or creative workflows (e.g. generative AI image generation layout assistance).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first thinking storytelling and versatility across platforms.
• Detail-oriented creative and highly organized.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Curious and adaptable with a willingness to explore and apply new digital and AI tools.
• Able to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
