Job Summary

Job Descriptions
- Drafting and reviewing contracts including updating and localizing templates of service agreements confidentiality agreements etc. (mostly for business commercial and operational legal contract and legal document related).
- Handling process improvements and integrating legal support across business functions (mostly related to commercial matters).
- Work with external counsel and other relevant department to handle commercial disputes and settlements.
Requirements
- Bachelor / Masters degree in law
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate legal practice preferably in-house has experience in a multinational corporation.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian commercial law and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong business sense.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively including taking on tasks beyond the defined job scope when required by urgency.
