DescriptionIn this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Evaluate and publish monthly the shipping plan by product (POR-Presidents Operating Report) based on requirements.
- Develop and maintain the Plan for material and production capacity to meet customer demands and meet service level goals for each period.
- Review incoming orders to determine production line balancing conditions based on the plan.
- Work with sales marketing and manufacturing to determine forecasting reviewing plan performance and plant capacity (S&OP-Sales & Operations Planning).
- Review and confirm the Master Plan for S&OP.
- Keep material orders for product families up to date with engineering changes.
- Participate with purchasing in the parts transition plan (from supplier to supplier) to execute the purchase.
- Contribute to maintaining appropriate inventory levels to support inventory goals and customer demand
- Review and maintain the disposition of obsolete and excess inventory.
- Determinate if delivery time needs to be extended based on material availability.
- Support the development of new products with inventory entry plans.
- Work with Engineering on the introduction of new products and design changes defining the effective/expiration dates of the modules in the structures for the correct projection of materials.
- Analyze and update material planning parameters (safety stock kanban min-max).

For This Role You Will Need:
- 5 years of related experience (material planning material purchasing for manufacturing and/or supply chain) with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years and a Masters degree; or a PhD without experience.
- Bilingual 90%
- Experience in MRP planning systems.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office computer packages and MRP planning systems.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proactive and with a sense of urgency.
- Leadership and teamwork skills.
- Oracle system management desirable and ability to track operational indicators.
- Knowledge in the interpretation of material structures planning sales forecasting and MRP systems.
- Availability and documentation to travel to USA.
