Job Summary
What Sales Support Administration contributes to Cardinal Health
Sales Support Administration is responsible for customer maintenance and support sales quotas and/or order fulfillment and adjustments.
Job Summary
- Presource Is the kitting division of Cardinal Health.
- Kits provide efficiencies to our customers; they are able to pull a kit that includes everything needed for a procedure vs pulling individual components off the shelf.
- Kits maybe used in or outside of the operating room depending on the type of kit that is being built.
Accountabilities:
- Quoting out Presource packs based on sales rep/customer request. This may include quoting out a new pack or making changes to an existing pack.
- Most if not all communication will be with the sales rep not the customer (hospital)
- Focus on best cost high volume components.
- Ensuring quotes meet quality and regulatory guidelines.
- Works through a variety of requests that require additional training Government Canada quotes Dressing change organizers PRCs.
- Ability to critically think through requests that are out of the norm.
- Working with cross-functional teams.
- Reviews and ensures rebates are accounted
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelors degree in any field.
- At least 2 years substantial work experience in stakeholder management in a Business Process Outsourcing organization
- Advanced customer service problem solving and analytical skills is highly required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products
- Can start on April 13 2026
