Job Summary:
Reporting to theSr. Director HR Analytics & Strategic Programsthe Senior Human ResourcesProgram Managerwillbe responsible formanaging and delivering complex large-scale programs from initiation through completion.This includes collaborationwith cross-functional teams stakeholders and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with businessobjectives.Primary responsibilitiesincludeplanning and executing initiatives by managing project plans defining timelinesidentifyingrisks and constraints anddriving execution.
Responsibilities:
Establish strong working relationships withkey stakeholders including Finance HRCOEs HRBPs andotherkey cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals resourcingand timelines.
Identifykey HR decisions and translate to detailed project plans with defined milestones and timelinesto assure initiatives stay on trackand project deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications.
Lead project execution by coordinating with internal teams external vendors and consultants; includes projects related to mergers & acquisitions integrations and divestitures.
Maintain open and consistent communication with team members stakeholders andexternal partners clearly conveying project goals updates and potential roadblocks.
Develop and manage stakeholder communicationsthat create clarity and accountability reflect he/she is a good listenerandframe problems and resolutions concisely.
Identifypotential risks early on develop contingency plans and activelymonitoremerging issuesandsupport HR leaders in resolution.
Partner across the HR PMOand Analytics teamstoestablisha project portfolio management process to increase HRs efficiencyandmaintainan HR project portfolio dashboard.
Requirements:
Project managementexperiencein a large complex organizationdemonstratingthe ability tosupport and influence a diverse group of leaders.
Experience leading and navigatingprojects related to mergers & acquisitions integrations and divestitures.
Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships with business leaders and partners across many groups.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including creatingimpactful communications and presentationsto all levels of stakeholders.
Motivated self-starter who proactivelyidentifiesopportunities to support the HR team and improve our effectiveness and efficiency.
Ability to work effectively with colleagues in many locations and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree in business Human Resources or related field.
8years of experience managing and leading cross-functional projects in a large complex organization.
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
Experienceutilizingproject management tools/software. experience preferred.
Workday experiencehighlypreferred.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of HR business principles processes and technology is preferred.
Global experience is preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration team leadership and cross-functional partnership.
