Asa HBSRegional ServiceSalesLeader (All verticals)here atHoneywell youwillplay akeyroleindrivingsalesandrevenuegrowthforourservicebusinessinOntario. Youwillberesponsible forleadingateamofsales professionalsdevelopingandexecutingsalesstrategiesandbuildingstrongrelationships withcustomersin drivingbusinessgrowthandachieving sales targets.

You will report directly toour HBS ServiceSales Leader inCanada andyoullwork out of our office in Ontario on a hybrid work schedule.

Inthisroleyouwillhave asignificant impactonthegrowthandsuccessofourservicebusiness inOntario. You willleadthe servicesales team develop and execute sales strategies identify new businessopportunitiesandbuildandmaintainrelationships withkeycustomers andstakeholders.



Responsibilities

  • Lead ateamofsalesprofessionalstoachievesalestargets andrevenuegrowth
  • Developandexecutesalesstrategies todrivebusinessgrowthintheservicemarket
  • Identifynewbusinessopportunitiesanddrivecustomeracquisitionintheregion
  • Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeycustomersandstakeholders
  • Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstoensurecustomersatisfactionandsuccessfulproject

  • MeetorexceedtheAnnualOperatingPlan(AOP)onamonthlyquarterlyandannualbasis.

Qualifications

YOUMUSTHAVE

  • Minimum of 8yearsofexperienceinsalesleadershiporequivalentwithaproventrackrecordofsuccessinsales or account management
  • Strong trackrecordofachievingsalestargetsanddrivingrevenuegrowth
  • Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
  • Abilitytobuildandmaintainrelationshipswithkeycustomersandstakeholders

The annual base salary range for this position is $105000 CAD - $145000 CAD in Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the candidates work experience education and training key skills as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
