Reporting to the Director Leadership Communications you willplay a crucial role indeveloping and executing strategic communications that amplifyleadervoices shape organizational narratives and strengthen stakeholder engagement. You will craft compelling messages across multiple platforms and ensure consistent impactful communication that advances businessobjectives.

What youll be doing.

StrategicContent

• Write edit and produce high-quality content forleadercommunications including speechesscriptspresentationsemailsinternal announcementsintranet storiessocial contentpodcastsand more.

• Identifyand mine storiesfrom across the global organizationtoadvance our winning culture deepen engagementand contribute to McCains reputationasa great placeto work.

• Ensure all materials reflect the executives authentic voice whilemaintainingprofessional standards and strategic intent.

• Provide counsel on communications strategiesanticipateissuesand recommend proactive strategies to enhance leadership visibility and credibility.

StakeholderEngagement

• Work closely withbusiness partners and subject matter expertsto ensure the successful execution of communications deliverables.

• Manage workflow with executive offices activelycollaboratingwithStrategy&Transformation teamsHRBusiness Partnersandthe broaderGlobalLeadershipCommunications team.

• Collaborate across the wider Global Internal Communications and Change Management team as well as withexternal andregionalcommunications teams.

Execution Excellence

• Prepare leaders for speaking engagements townhallsand other high-visibility events includingglobal leader connects employee all hands eventsand other enterprise events.

• Ensure contentis publishedand events are producedon time as planned

• Actively track and report data on key metricstogaugecontenteventand campaignsuccess.

• Conceptualize and design visually stunning graphicspresentations and communication materials usingMicrosoft and AItools.

• Drive efficiencysimplificationandteamcross-training to educate team members andsupport new ways of working.

• Produceeventswith planningcommunicationsandflawlessexecution

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines andmaintaininghighqualityaccuracyand creativity.

• Ad hoc deliverables to supportGlobalHR and Communications goals

What youll need to be successful.

• Exceptional communication skillsand strongbusiness acumen.

• Experience supporting leaders with high degree of executive presence.

• Business or professional degree MBA an asset.

• Bachelors degree incommunicationsor a related field.

• PRAgency CPG or Retailexperience preferred.

• Excellent project management skillswithhigh degree ofagility.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Positiveproactivecalm under pressureand able toadapt quickly.

Compensation Package:$58800.00 -$78500.00 40 CAD annually Bonus Eligibility

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience skill set education and training and other organizational needs. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
