Job Description:
Lead growth for one of the UKs fastest-scaling challenger brands as they transition from a DTC disruptor into a mainstream retail powerhouse. You will own the growth strategy across digital and physical channels managing a multi-million-pound budget and building the measurement engine that drives the next phase of global expansion.

What you will do:

• Define the growth strategy across DTC and retail optimizing channel mix investment logic and quarterly success metrics.

• Lead a high-performing growth team to execute on paid social CRO creative experimentation and influencer partnerships.

• Build the marketing scorecard to track CAC LTV and media efficiency turning data into clear board-level recommendations.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience scaling consumer brands across both DTC and traditional retail environments at a high-growth stage.

• Deeply data-literate mindset with the ability to build measurement loops and translate performance signals into action.

• Ambitious leader who excels at driving execution through clarity and influence rather than just hands-on media buying.
