Job Summary

Lead customer and internal development projects delivering injection devices from project initiation to launch
Lateral leadership of your cross-functional and multi-location project teams including managing the customers communications
Report project metrics controlling scope time and budget on regular basis
Present the project status to customers worldwide as well as to Drug Delivery leadership team
Close cooperation throughout entire Drug Delivery organization including e.g. supply chain operations sales

Qualifications :

A successfully completed technical or science based educational background
Profound understanding of project management with several years of experience working in a comparable role; A project management certification (PMP Prince2 IPMA) is a plus
Experience working in a highly regulated environment preferably in MedTech or Pharma environment
Open mind to complex challenges and ability to think in solutions
Experience communicating on different levels within the organization as well as to customers
Fluency in English and working German skills
Occasional travel to our production sites in the Czech Republic or the USA
