THE ROLE

As theSenior Analyst/Analyst Operations& PMO you will:

Support with spearheadingthe successful delivery oflarge scale multi-disciplinary projects that directly contribute to our corporate growth initiatives

Partner with executivestakeholdersand other support partnersenable a collaborative approach to project delivery fostering teamwork and driving successful outcomes

Champion ourproject management methodologies andsupport withdevelopingthe necessary capabilities to staff and resource for the highest project success

Engineer effective and efficient processesoptimizingfor throughput and frictionless operations

Design how we approach business decisions and create the infrastructureto support ongoing usage (E.g.Frameworks Guides Models & Tools)

THEQUALIFICATIONS

TheSenior Analyst/Analyst Operations & PMO has:

Proven and best-in-class skillseducationand/orapplicable certificationsthat are an asset to perform in the role including relevant Project Management experience PMP and/or retail experience preferred

A commitment to learn and applyourValues andBusiness and People Leadership principles

The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

A commitment toquality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50000 - $100000 per year. The final agreed uponsalary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledgeskillsand experience.
