- Deliver annual revenue and profitability targets for thebusinessunit ensuring sustainable and predictable business performance.
- Lead business development across the regionidentifyingnew opportunities nurturing clientrelationshipsand driving pipeline growth.
- Ensurestaff are appropriately deployedto achieveutilisationtargets.
- Manage the performance ofindividualswithin your teamto ensure that staffing levels areappropriateand quality work is delivered on timeandbudget.
- Build a positiveteamculture locally ensuring collaboration and positive relationships across the firm.
- Leverage VLCs systems and processes to ensure integrity in dealings andan appropriate riskmanagement culture.
- Proactively position VLC in the market by building strategic relationships withclientspartnerscontractorsand industry bodies and represent VLC at key industry events and forums.

- Experience withconsulting indisciplinesoftransport planning modelling infrastructure advisory business caseand/oreconomics.
