Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive analysis of logistics and supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies risks and improvement opportunities
Gather validate and analyze operational and financial data to support performance measurement and optimization initiatives
Develop maintain and present management reports dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for system enhancements and process improvements
Support the implementation optimization and continuous improvement of logistics systems including ERP WMS and TMS platforms
Perform cost analysis variance analysis and support budgeting and forecasting activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations Finance IT and Commercial departments to drive data-driven initiatives
Prepare business cases feasibility studies and executive-level reports
Ensure data accuracy integrity and compliance with internal controls and company policies
Support change management and continuous improvement programs across logistics operations

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management Economics or a related discipline

2. Minimum of 35 years relevant experience as a Business Analyst within logistics supply chain or a related operational environment

3. Demonstrated experience in data analysis reporting and business process improvement.

4. Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Power BI Tableau SQL and Advanced Excel.

5. Strong communication stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
