Job Summary

The Assistant Baker will be responsible for:

Assisting inbaking cakes in all sizes and flavors by diligently following recipes
Remove cakes from pans and package properly
Put baked cakes away and rotate cakes in cooler according to NBC standards
Track inventory of baked goods
Maintain refrigeration logs
Provide management with a daily production sheet
Keep baking area clean and sanitized including tables equipment and tools
Bring in orders of groceries and out them away

The Assistant Baking position hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:00pm The starting pay is $13.00 per hour. Wewill not tolerate bad behavior/language tardiness or missed days without a Doctors note.
