Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Product Communications Coordinator to join our this pivotal role you will be responsible for facilitating clear and impactful communication about our products both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will excel in creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience including customers stakeholders and media.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies for new and existing products.
- Create and edit product-related content for various communication channels including websites newsletters and social media.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional events in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Assist in drafting and distributing press releases and updates to relevant media.
- Maintain up-to-date product information and documentation for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to address product-related inquiries and feedback.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in product communications marketing or public relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using content management systems and various digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in product promotion.
