Job Summary
Branch Manager Waratah & Singleton
As a Branch Manager youll lead a highperforming team drive sales and service outcomes and strengthen our presence within the local community. Youll coach and develop your people champion operational excellence and foster trusted customer relationships built on understanding and empathy.

Personal Banker Glendale Waratah Greenhills & Cessnock
As a Personal Banker youll deliver personalised financial support help customers achieve their goals and contribute to the overall performance and positive culture of the branch. Youll build longterm relationships and identify opportunities to connect customers with solutions that truly meet their needs.
Key strengths we look for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customerfocused approach with empathy and professionalism
- Strong problemsolving and analytical capabilities
- Knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements (or a willingness to learn)
- Experience in Lending desirable (or willingness to learn)
