Job Summary

Seeking an independent thinker and a highly communicative individual that is adaptable to change with a strong commitment to process and people management. We are revolutionizing the industry and we are seeking like-minded individuals to expand our footprint.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop project plans with milestones and resource assignments.
  • Provide necessary program direction for planning organizing developing and integrating projects across multiple functional areas.
  • Assigning schedules supplies and equipment to staff members
  •  Equipment inventory cycles for all field service vehicles
  •  An ability to communicate with the traveling public co-workers contractors and inspectors clearly and confidently. 
  • Traveling to customer sites and evaluating Traffic Control Supervisors and Flaggers
  • Helping employees to improve and tracking employee progress
  • Maintaining all rules safety standards and responsibilities
  • Submitting necessary reports to all stakeholders (senior leadership HR dispatch billing)
  • Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization.
  • Responding to all on-call tasks and supporting Traffic Control Supervisors under your supervision.
  • Lead project meetings prepare meeting agenda and minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
  • Evaluate and assess project results and provide recommendations for future improvement.

Qualifications :

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal written and presentation skills)
  • Simple Accounting
  • Proficiency with technology
  • Proven experience in creating and carrying out successful plans and processes to solve complex problems
  • Ability to read and understand a traffic control plan
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report
  • Ability to obtain ATSSA certification

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Bending stooping climbing lifting up to 75 pounds

Pre-employment drug screen

80% in field setting 20% in office setting

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • BS Degree in Construction Management or equivalent education or experience.
  • Experience in the relevant industry for example utility construction
  • Excellent project management organizational time management and leadership skills
  • Good Communication customer service and problem solving skills

  • $75000-$95000 base salary 7% AIP Bonus Company Vehicle and Gas Card

The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to the full range of medical financial and/or other benefits dependent on the level and position offered.
