Job Summary
ibis Styles Crewe is looking for outgoing dependable welcoming Front of House Team Member to deliver an amazing first impression and ensure our guests want to come back time and again. Were adding to our team to help cover busy periods and need Guest Service Assistants on a casual zero-hours basis in return for a salary of up to 12.21 per hour.
Personality and potential are top of our hiring wish list but two years experience in a customer-facing hospitality job would make you a strong candidate. We need people who are open welcoming and who know what great customer service looks like - the kind of person youd like to meet after a long day of travelling!
Youll be working across the front-of-house operations of the hotel. This will include checking guests in and out running the breakfast service helping set up meeting rooms and work the bar and restaurant. A great telephone manner is essential and youll need to be confident using a computer. As were one big team you can expect to turn your hand to whatevers needed to ensure our guests have a great stay. You could be working a mix of midweek weekend early and late shifts for flexibility in your schedule would be a big advantage. As youll be serving alcohol we do require applicants to be 18 years of age or older.
