Job Description:
As the first engineering hire you will lead the evolution of an AI-driven prototype into a production-ready platform. You will translate business vision into technical architecture using TypeScript React and while managing custom agent infrastructure. This is a high-agency role for a technical leader looking to build a foundation from the ground up.

What you will do:

• Transition an existing prototype into a scalable production-grade product using modern web technologies.

• Architect and manage custom backend systems and sophisticated AI agent infrastructure.

• Serve as a technical partner to the founders making critical decisions on architecture and product strategy.

The ideal candidate:

• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript React and building complex backend architectures.

• Proven track record of high agency and the ability to translate product vision into technical execution.

• Experience or strong interest in AI agent infrastructure and scaling early-stage technical products.
