Ihre Aufgaben

CNC Fräsarbeiten für den Musterbau im Zweischichtbetrieb
Erstellung von Programmen für die Bearbeitungszentren DMU 50 DMU 50 Evo mit 3D Haidenhain iTNC530 Steuerung
Herstellung von komplexen Musterteilen Aufspannvorrichtungen für Flugteiletests unter Anwendung eines CAD-CAM Systems für 2D und 3D Fräsprogramme (AlphaCam)
Pflege und Wartung der Anlagen sowie Instandsetzung
Instandhaltung von Messwerkzeugen
Anfertigen und Aufbau von mechanischen Sondereinrichtungen

Ihre Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
Gute Kenntnisse in der Werkzeugmaschinen- und Zerspanungstechnik
Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Fräsen
Erfahrung mit 5-Achsenmaschinen
Kenntnisse in der CNC-Programmierung
Verantwortungsbewusstes und selbstständiges Arbeiten
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht)
