Job Summary

Analyze develop and improve manufacturing methods and processes
Supervise problem-solving testing and validation of machines and systems
Optimize assembly line parameters and manage wear parts systems
Ensure compliance with technical requirements and quality standards
Create and maintain production-related documentation
Support new projects including new assembly lines and line modifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance
Apply BPS principles and contribute to continuous improvement of production KPIs
Coordinate and supervise knowledge transfer (IPN / Yokoten) and deliver training

Qualifications :

Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Several years of manufacturing / production engineering experience
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly lines
Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement (BPS / Lean)
Ability to coordinate and supervise production activities
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in training mentoring and knowledge transfer
Fluent English
