Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can bridge business needs and technology solutions drive requirement discovery and ensure successful delivery of high-impact programs. The role requires strong domain understanding stakeholder management and the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders
- Understand business processes pain points and define future-state solutions
- Create detailed documentation: BRD FRD user stories acceptance criteria and process flows
- Act as a product owner proxy ensuring clarity and prioritization of requirements
- Collaborate with architects developers and QA teams for smooth execution
- Drive solution design discussions and validate functional feasibility
- Support UAT planning execution and sign-off with business users
- Manage change requests and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Provide domain guidance to the delivery team
- Ensure traceability from requirements to delivery and deployment
- Support roadmap planning and feature prioritization
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Business Analysis for digital/CRM/data platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in writing high-quality user stories and functional specifications
- Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
Good to Have:
- Domain experience in Life Sciences / Healthcare / Pharma
- Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales Service Data Cloud Health/Life Sciences Cloud)
