What you will do:
- Assist with inquiries from employees managers and HR professionals.
- Respond to inquiries accurately completely professionally and in a timely manner.
- Review inquiries to identify trends issues and inquiries that may be urgent and/or important in nature so that they can be addressed prompty. Review inquiries to see if any need to be triaged to other HR groups for further review and assistance.
- Appropriately escalate issues related to Benefits Payroll Stock Compensation etc. to manager for review and assistance.
- Assist with reporting and presenting monthly quarterly case metrics and observations analysis associated with it to the team and manager.
- Identify / Observe opportunities for automation and / or enhancement and suggest solutions accordingly.
- Knowledgebase management
- Quality Assurance around case management
This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD)
- 3 years of HR experience
- Experience working for a global company
- Experience working within a pool and using a ticketing system
- Strong communication organizational and customer service skills
- High confidentiality and integrity
- Proven ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment while maintaining good relationships with co-workers and supervisors
- Ability to work on multiple systems at any given time
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Workday ServiceNow experience is a plus
