To handle Accounts Payables Global operations.
Key Accountabilities:-
- Responsible for end to end PTP ( Invoicing Payments Supplier account management
- Expense Management Good knowledge of accounting & excellent spoken or written communication skills
- Ability to work and perform in pressure- Need to ensure that daily productivity are met- Should perform all activities with the SLA
- Team player- Internal and External Stake Holders Management
- To achieve all the key Performance Indicators as set by the Team manager
- Adhere to reasonable operational requests from the management
- 5-7 years of experience
Key Accountabilities:
- Process deep dive & scope for improvement
- Manage the team one on ones & performance reviews
- Identify skill set requirement to every individual & arranging training accordingly
- To review the DPMs & sign off from client
- Handling process level escalations independently
- Meet the customer expectations
- Need to prepare weekly performance report
- Identify the process gaps & share with supervisors
Qualifications :
B Com Good understanding of financial processes and operation
Skills
- People with experience on MS Dynamics will be preferred.
- knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good Team Player
- Multi-tasking
- Target oriented
- Audit methodology
- Time management
- Ability to lead a team
- Motivate self & others
