Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for survey modernization.
- Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact feasibility and strategic goals.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the single point of contact for commercial teams analysts and delivery teams.
- Gather input from global stakeholders and ensure alignment across regions.
- Communicate roadmap updates timelines and trade-offs clearly to all stakeholders.
Execution & Delivery
- Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Collaborate with engineering design and operations teams to implement solutions.
- Coordinate across international delivery teams to ensure consistency and scalability.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous testing and evolution of best practices and processes.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Champion innovation automation and integration with emerging technologies.
Governance & Leadership
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks.
- Provide guidance on complex product decisions and act as a thought leader.
- Mentor team members and contribute to training on new tools and processes.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in product management or ownership roles.
- Strong understanding of survey platforms market research workflows and digital transformation.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic thinking and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across global teams.
- Adaptability and creativity in a fast-paced environment.
Technical & Educational Requirements
- Bachelors degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g. Jira).
- Experience with survey technologies and integrations.
