Seeds Hub Operations Analyst

To support this mission Syngentas Logistics team is seeking a Seeds Hub Operations Analyst in Montevideo Uruguay.

Accountabilities 

• Execute invoicing process activities and customer service for LATAM Seeds flow hubbing to ensure meet sales target and customer service level.
• Perform Seeds order management flow in accordance with hub scope/business model definition.
• Execute activities related to the multiplication process taking place through CH HUB making sure to be in full compliance.
• Prepare the creation and maintenance of grower contracts in FOU platform files and procedures updated and in fully compliance.
• Prepare advance payment for approval by Production Manager.
• Prepare grower payments as per contract requirements.
• Prepare Vendor payments obtain purchase requisitions request GRs and submit Purchase Orders for processing.
• Follow up on Vendor payments to make sure they have been completed in timeframe.
• Establish and maintain an effective communication channel with customers suppliers and other hubs.
• Ensure that seed operations are properly documented and any changes on a critical hub process is duly documented and in a compliance way.

Qualifications :

Required  

• Academic level: business administration/logistics/international relations or similar.
• Supply Operations (planning customer service distribution and warehousing).
• Fluency in English.
• Proven track record in supply chain operations at local or regional level.
• Demonstrated knowledge of international trade and logistics.
• Good communication skills.
• Team working.
