Salary: 50000 base up to 56600 potential through bonuses
Working Hour: Full Time 40 hours per week
Number of Sleeps Required: On-call included in salary (rarely required)

Service Users: YPs with EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties)
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People Workforce Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
Experience in Years Required: At least 2-3 years in senior leadership role

We are seeking a strong motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed childrens home reopening in London NW1. You will:
Provide leadership and direction to staff including mentoring and support
Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and all regulatory requirements
Support the Deputy Manager in operational delivery and daily management
Maintain high standards of care and safeguarding for young people
Have a clean disciplinary record and full clear employment history
Be commutable to the home and confident in senior leadership practice
