Job Summary

Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: London NW1
Salary: 50000 base up to 56600 potential through bonuses
Working Hour: Full Time 40 hours per week
Number of Sleeps Required: On-call included in salary (rarely required)
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs with EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties)
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People Workforce Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
Experience in Years Required: At least 2-3 years in senior leadership role
Employment Type: Permanent

Who we are looking for
We are seeking a strong motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed childrens home reopening in London NW1. You will:

  • Provide leadership and direction to staff including mentoring and support

  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and all regulatory requirements

  • Support the Deputy Manager in operational delivery and daily management

  • Maintain high standards of care and safeguarding for young people

  • Have a clean disciplinary record and full clear employment history

  • Be commutable to the home and confident in senior leadership practice
