What Youll Do
- Own the front-of-house experience from greeting to vehicle delivery
- Write and manage service orders with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Deliver clear confident recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with technicians to keep workflow efficient
- Educate customers and upsell services when appropriate
- Follow our proven Key to Key to Callbacks process

Requirements
- Previous experience as a service advisor writer or customer-facing sales role
- Mechanical knowledge (either hands-on or strong familiarity with repairs)
- Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to a high-performance team-oriented culture
