Position Overview
The MDS Coordinator is responsible for the coordination completion and accuracy of resident assessments in compliance with state and federal regulations ensuring optimal care planning and reimbursement.
What Were Looking For
- Strong knowledge of MDS processes and regulations 2 years experience required
- Must obtain Ohio Nursing License (LPN or RN)
- Attention to detail and commitment to compliance
- Passion for quality care and teamwork
- Experience in a skilled nursing environment preferred
