E-Logic Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Assistant to provide administrative and customer service support to a U.S. Air Force Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) in support of the Transition Assistance Program (TAP). The Front Desk Assistant serves as the first point of contact for military members veterans and family members ensuring accurate data entry professional customer service and compliance with Air Force policies and procedures PWSFrontDeskAdminSupport.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls professionally.
- Determine the nature of inquiries and route customers to the appropriate staff.
- Provide non-technical information regarding M&FRC programs and services.
- Ensure customers complete required forms including Statements of Understanding (SOU).
- Maintain a professional courteous and service-oriented environment.
- Perform data entry and maintain customer records using AFFIRST and TAP ACCESS systems.
- Prepare edit proofread and process correspondence reports and administrative documents.
- Maintain Outlook appointment calendars and scheduling trackers.
- Review distribute and track incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Update suspense files trackers and internal logs.
- Establish maintain and dispose of records in accordance with AFI 33-322 and federal records management requirements.
- Serve as a primary Records Custodian for assigned M&FRC records.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Requisition office supplies and assist with time and attendance documentation.
- Safeguard government property and sensitive information.
- Use Microsoft Word Excel Access and other office automation tools.
- Assist with report formatting spreadsheets and basic troubleshooting.
- Support the use of databases trackers and automated systems.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Access)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of proper grammar spelling punctuation and document formatting
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
- Ability to follow established procedures and government policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting military federal or government environments.
- Familiarity with Air Force terminology programs or administrative processes.
- Prior front desk administrative assistant or clerical experience.
