As our Team Leader for Process and Technical Safety you will bring together three key areas of responsibility: guiding and developing our people ensuring highquality delivery of safety services and supporting the growth of our this role you will help shape the future of process and technical safety advisory verification and certification within the energy transition while fostering strong collaboration across borders.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead mentor and develop a diverse team of highly competent professionals across our office locations.
- Drive team growth and capability development in line with existing and future business needs.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture aligned with company values.
- Support the Head of Section in strategic planning and operational decision-making.
- Facilitate strong cross-border collaboration knowledge sharing among teams in Germany the Netherlands and Denmark; sustain good relationships via frequent visits.
Service Delivery
- Ensure consistent high-quality delivery of safety services to clients in the energy industry.
- Act as Project Sponsor for key projects ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
Business Development
- Support our Service Development Leaders Key Account Managers and Market Area Managers identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Energy industry especially within process and technical safety.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and position our services effectively.
- Represent the team internally and externally to promote visibility and impact.
