Were looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who will own end-to-end hiring for some of our most critical technical roles. This person will combine deep recruiting expertise with a genuine passion for technology AI-powered workflows and operational excellence and will contribute to raising the bar for the entire team along the way.
Your mission
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles - from sourcing and shortlisting through interviewing offer negotiation and close.
- Collaborate closely with the entire Talent Acquisition team to build airtight hiring processes - no detail is too small.
- Monitor recruitment dashboards and reports to keep pipeline health in check surfacing insights and recommendations to hiring teams proactively.
- Build and nurture a world-class candidate network through market research CRM engagement and genuine relationship management.
- Obsess over the candidate experience - gather feedback analyze survey data and turn insights into tangible process improvements.
- Identify and lead projects that make the TA function smarter and faster - from workflow automation to AI-driven tooling to process redesign.
- Mentor and coach fellow team members share whats working and train the team on new tools technologies and best practices.
Your toolkit
- 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment with a strong track record of closing senior technical talent.
- A genuine understanding of technical roles - you can talk shop with engineers data scientists product managers and more.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation to supercharge recruiting workflows whilst maintaining the personal elements (sourcing screening outreach reporting - youve experimented and you have opinions).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels from individual contributors to C-suite.
- A solutions-first mindset: you see friction and you fix it; you see a manual process and you automate it.
- A deep customer-first approach - hiring managers and candidates alike feel the difference.
- Resilience and flexibility to thrive in a fast-moving high-expectations environment where things change quickly and ambiguity is part of the fun.

- Experience building or implementing AI-powered recruiting tools or workflows from scratch.
- A track record of designing and delivering training or enablement programs for recruiting or hiring teams.
- Active involvement in the recruiting or tech community (blogging speaking organizing events).
