Job Summary

An elite international law firm is seeking a Funds Associate to join its investment funds team in Hong Kong. The role is ideal for a lawyer with a minimum 5 years PQE from a top tier law firm or funds practice with experience in fund formation and related advisory work particularly on secondaries. Candidates qualified in common law or the US are welcome and exposure to US fund structures will be viewed favourably.

You will work across the full lifecycle of private funds including structuring fundraising regulatory analysis secondaries and crossborder investor matters. The team values associates who can manage workstreams independently communicate clearly with fund managers and institutional investors and contribute to a high-performing practice handling mandates for global sponsors and regional fund managers.
