As a Customer Solutions Specialist you will assist customers via inbound calls email and chat delivering a high-quality customer-focused experience across all communication channels.

Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
Investigate issues and escalate complex cases when required
Create positive experiences that build customer satisfaction and loyalty
Partner closely with stakeholders to continuously improve service quality
What We Are Looking For
High fluency in Polish (C1) & good command of English (B2)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy & PC literate
Team player with a customer-first mindset
Results-driven adaptable and able to multitask
