About the role
As a Help Desk Technician you will provide Level 1 support to NEOS customers assisting with key solutions in the Supply Chain domain. This role involves understanding the customers system configurations both on the front-end interface and the back-end database design troubleshooting and triaging issues and managing relationships with customers and vendors to ensure timely resolution.
You will receive training to develop expertise in key vendors software solutions particularly in the Supply Chain Planning space. We work with some of the leading vendors in this field so there will be ample opportunities for learning and growth.
You will have direct access to and work closely with NEOS Practice Leads and Solution Architects. A great opportunity to learn while shadowing delivery teams on active projects and helping to transition solutions into support. We see this role as a direct pathway to a Solution Consultant position providing you with valuable client-facing experience as you support some of ANZs biggest brand-name clients.

This role is ideally based in Melbourne but we are open to candidates who are able to work remotely with occasional travel to support clients.
