Job Summary

Job Title : Information Communications Specialist

Role Purpose

Support the effective dissemination of enterprise information and communications across internal and external channels. Ensure that stakeholders receive timely accurate and relevant information to support business operations and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage internal communication platforms including intranet newsletters collaboration tools and dashboards
Coordinate the preparation approval and release of enterprise information announcements and updates
Ensure consistency accuracy and clarity of communications in line with organizational standards
Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather and validate content for communication
Support change management initiatives by delivering targeted communications to impacted stakeholders
Monitor communication effectiveness and gather feedback to improve messaging and delivery
Maintain documentation of communication plans schedules and templates

Required Experience & Skills

4 years of experience in corporate communications information management or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing internal communication platforms or content management systems
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
Attention to detail and commitment to accurate and timely information delivery

Nice to Have

Experience in enterprise change management or IT communication initiatives
Familiarity with visual communication tools (e.g. PowerPoint Canva SharePoint)
Understanding of governance and compliance considerations in information dissemination
Experience with analytics tools to measure communication effectiveness
Knowledge of corporate branding and tone of voice guidelines
