Senior Pre-Sales Engineer, Limassol or Nicosia

Our client one of Cyprus leading telecommunications companies and part of a dynamic European telecom group is looking to welcome an ambitious and energetic professional to its business Pre-Sales team in Nicosia/Limassol as a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer.

In this role the successful candidate will design document and present sophisticated telecommunications solutions to business clients leveraging a comprehensive portfolio of mobile and fixed products and services. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with client-facing innovation in a fast-paced forward-thinking environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• To interface and consult with customers to understand their needs and gather requirements for preparing a technical proposal for their telecommunication and IT services
• To design document and present complex business telecommunications solutions to customers based on their portfolio of mobile and fixed products and services
• To assist the customers in planning & implementing moving their services.
• To assist the Business Account Managers to prepare and send technical solutions to customers
• Assist the existing members of the team in the project management of the complex delivery of fixed services.
• Develop our IT partnership scheme with both sales and technical competencies

Your Profile:

• Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering Degree preferably with specialization in Telecommunications
• At least 4 years experience in Telecommunications
• Excellent understanding of Fixed and Mobile telecommunications networks and of current Fixed Telecommunication solutions for Business Customers in the Cyprus market will be considered as an advantage
• Proven experience in understanding the Cisco Meraki portfolio
• Ability to design tailored solutions based on customer needs
• Strong collaboration skills with sales teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Knowledge in telecom network architecture for Telephony Cellular and IP networks (e.g. SIP Cloud Telephony GSM UMTS LTE Wifi IOT)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Business understanding and changing business context
• Very good Communication/Presentation Skills
• Fluent in both Greek and English languages
