Job Summary

permanent Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse Director to join our team as the Director of Case Management. As a leader in healthcare staffing and solutions Progeny HR Solutions LLC is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our clients and patients. As the Director of Case Management you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the case management department including developing and implementing policies and procedures managing staff and ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services to patients. You will work closely with other members of the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement policies and procedures for case management services - Manage and oversee case management staff including hiring training and performance evaluations - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice - Collaborate with other members of the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and quality of care - Monitor and analyze case management data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans - Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure seamless coordination of care for patients - Oversee the utilization review process to ensure appropriate utilization of resources and cost-effective care - Participate in budget planning and management for the case management department - Provide guidance and support to case managers including assisting with complex cases and addressing any issues that arise - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in case management and make recommendations for process improvements as needed Qualifications: - Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Nevada - Bachelors degree in Nursing Masters degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role - Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards of practice - Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills - Proven ability to manage and develop a team - Proficient in data analysis and utilization review processes - Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the management team and healthcare providers - Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments - Strong organizational and time management skills - Experience with budget planning and management is preferred At Progeny HR Solutions LLC we are committed to providing our employees with a positive and supportive work environment.
