Speak with customers to explain solar energy programs and assess eligibility
Record confidential customer information accurately within our customer database
Act as the face of the brand ensuring each customer has a positive experience
Assist with account setup by collecting required information and verifying details
Answer customer questions clearly and professionally throughout the onboarding process
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track activity and follow-ups
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solar service options
Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions with fellow Sales Associates
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
