Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development including coding designing and maintaining websites. The Web Developer will work closely with our marketing and design teams to create and maintain a visually appealing and user-friendly website that aligns with our brands image and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the companys website ensuring it is up-to-date functional and visually appealing

- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create and implement new features and designs on the website

- Optimize website performance and user experience through regular testing and updates

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise on the website

- Monitor website traffic and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase website traffic and conversions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development and make recommendations for improvements and updates to the website

- Work with third-party vendors and platforms to integrate and manage website features and tools such as online booking systems and e-commerce capabilities

- Maintain website security and ensure compliance with data protection regulations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website content is accurate relevant and up-to-date

- Train and support team members on website management and updates as needed

- Conduct regular website audits to ensure functionality and identify any issues or areas for improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Web Development or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development preferably in the beauty or wellness industry

- Strong knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and other web development languages and tools

- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal

- Experience with website analytics and SEO best practices

- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines

- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies

- Experience with e-commerce and online booking systems is a plus
