Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Website Developer to support digital web development initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry. This role requires a highly experienced and consultative individual contributor who can operate effectively across varied environments while delivering high-quality website development within Adobe Experience Manager.
The ideal candidate brings deep AEM expertise strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant digital experiences.
Responsibilities
Design develop and enhance websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Contribute as a senior individual contributor providing consultative input on AEM best practices architecture and development approaches.
Develop and maintain AEM website components templates and features supporting enterprise digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital marketing UX/UI and technical stakeholders.
Support website enhancements feature development and ongoing improvements to AEM-based platforms.
Operate effectively in dynamic and evolving project environments adapting to changing requirements.
Ensure development work aligns with enterprise standards quality expectations and regulatory considerations common within the pharmaceutical industry.
Required Experience & Skills
Expert-level experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) website development.
Proven experience delivering website development within enterprise digital environments.
Strong ability to function as an independent senior contributor while collaborating across teams.
Experience working in complex or highly regulated industries.
Ability to provide consultative guidance on AEM development and digital platform best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations.
Prior experience delivering web platforms within regulated environments.
Adobe Experience Manager Developer Certification or related Adobe certifications.
Proximity to the Chicago area.
Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $40 - $55 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity. The salary range provided is in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
