Job Summary

Subject to formal establishment a vacancy may arise for a Flight Sergeant (People Ops People Specialist) to serve as FS Delivery at RAF Lossiemouth on Additional Duties Commitment (180) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS) with an initial proposed start date of 27 July 2026 (or earlier/later subject to candidate status and formal establishment).

1. The FS Delivery will manage and coordinate the placement and delivery of all PTVR and BSG VeRR personnel for all Flight capabilities whilst assuring the Continuity Training opportunities for all personnel; in support of the 2 Gp Reserves mission across the following employment areas:

a. Operations.
b. Exercises.
c. Unit support.
d. Continuous Trg (Phase 3).

2. Lead and coordinate the Reserve Support Request (RSR) process for the Flight.

3. Lead in the promulgation and promotion of new and existing employment opportunities for Flight PTVR and BSG VeRR personnel. Opportunities may arise from the following:

a. Manpower Capability owners.
b. 2 Gp Reserves HQ A1 Ops.
c. Station/Unit/FE generated requirements.

4. Liaison with employment customers including Professions Advisors Reserves Coordination Officers units (including affiliated units) capability HQs and A1 Ops for all matters concerning the coordination and generation of employment opportunities.

5. Liaison with other Delivery NCOs to ensure commonality of approach and the development of best practice initiatives.

6. Support the generation and delivery of the following opportunities:

a. Annual Continuous Training.
b. Force Development activities.
c. Adventurous Training.
d. Ceremonial and other unestablished commitments.

7. Monitor attendance and the requirements necessary for personnel to achieve the Annual Bounty criteria feeding information back to Flt Cdrs for action.

8. Provide delivery-related updates in support of the 2 Gp Reserves Monthly Delivery meetings.

9. Any other additional duties.
